SW Movement is an independent platform dedicated to putting the songwriter first. We provide a community space for songwriters, producers, vocalists, and music industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and advocate for fair treatment in the music industry.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
You retain ownership of any content you post on SW Movement, including songwriter profiles, collaboration posts, and event listings. By posting content, you grant SW Movement a non exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is false or misleading, infringes on any copyright or intellectual property rights, is defamatory or harassing, violates any applicable law, or promotes illegal activity.
The SW Movement name, logo, and original site content are the intellectual property of SW Movement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.
SW Movement provides tools for users to post collaboration requests and events. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any collaboration or event posted by users. Any agreements made between users are solely between those users. SW Movement is not a party to any such agreements.
Certain features of SW Movement may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use SW Movement to spam other users, scrape or harvest data from the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, or impersonate any person or organization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
SW Movement is provided on an as is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the site.
